Dressed for the occasion, she wore a multicolored pastel floral dress with ruffled trim and puff sleeves. Adding a country touch to the look, she paired it with white cowboy boots, and opted for minimal accessories.

In April of this year, she revealed that she lost a staggering 100 lbs after sticking to a new workout routine. Upon seeing her transformation, fans took to social media to share their congratulations.

Her appearance at the Variety event comes almost a month following her interview with the Daily Mail, where she opened up about her health and fitness journey. Metz shared that the secret to her transformation was weightlifting.

“I have always enjoyed strength training. I’ve always enjoyed lifting weight—like I don’t want to run unless I’m being chased,” she told the publication. Metz said she was committed to her fitness journey because she wanted to age well and be strong.

“I’m literally doing it because I am nervous about aging, about osteoporosis or arthritis, you know, and because they are now discovering so much about health overall [and] it’s really about being and staying strong and flexible,” she reflected.
