Dolly Parton has announced the postponement of her planned six-concert Las Vegas residency, originally scheduled for this year.
The shows will now be held in September 2026.
The singer explained the delay is due to a need for a medical “100,000-mile checkup.”
She assured fans she is not retiring but needs time to address her health.
Parton emphasized that she wants to be at her best for the demanding performances and could not currently prepare the high-quality show she envisions.
She pledged to return to the stage when fully recovered.
